Americans are now becoming more aware of not only the bad stuff in their foods, but the good.
Superfoods, or “nutrient-rich foods considered to be especially beneficial for health and well-being” are all the rage nowadays, and many of you are attempting to grow them in your own gardens! (Clap clap clap!)
Choose from cool-season veggies like spinach and broccoli, or try summer produce like blueberries and tomatoes! Peas, fava beans, asparagus, carrots, and garlic are also yummy!
So this upcoming season, think about trying your hand at not only flowers, but maybe some nutritious snacks as well! Happy gardening!
