NL-General-Hdr-03A top complaint of many consumers is the lack of accessibility to the company and/or employees.

If you are echoing this same frustration, then it might be worth it for you to investigate the avenues by which you can get in contact someone if an emergency arises, before you tie yourself into a contract.

Try calling the listed phone numbers, emailing, or even send a text, if that service is available.  If you must leave a message, observe if someone calls you back in a timely fashion.

A good, responsible company will do their best to return your calls promptly and make sure that you, as the customer, are connected to the right person.

If you are not able to consistently reach an employee, then exploring other companies might be helpful to your sanity in the long run.
